I’m normally here for the very common social media mantra of “the beach is gonna’ get whatever body I give it”, but this year, I’m really working on a new me and a healthier lifestyle. I’m normally pretty good about what I put into my body, but I am a sucker for nutella, chocolate, cake and every other sugary, carby food you can think of.
As my son gets older, I continue to hear a faint voice asking “why haven’t you lost the baby weight enid?”. I’m very aware that everyone loses the weight at their own pace and I shouldn’t feel guilty about the time it has taken me, but it doesn’t hurt to continue to try different health fads along the way.
I hope my readers can come along this journey with me as I take on healthy foods, sugary and carb heavy setbacks and fitness.
